If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of your receipt of the product and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). Products will be accepted for refund only if (a) returned items include all of the product components in good condition, (b) a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and (c) your order number is included.
PLEASE NOTE: RPM software, Inner Balance products and Robbins-Madanes films will not be accepted for return if product packaging has been opened. Once opened, all RPM software, Inner Balance products and Robbins-Madanes film sales are final. Expired Inner Balance products are not returnable. |
