How It Works
This six-month immersion program includes 9 group and 9 individual coaching sessions with an experienced Anthony Robbins’ Business Results Coach, who has been trained and hand selected by Tony. Your coach will work with you and your team to develop and implement the key strategies and plans into your daily business routines. The program includes:
- A DISC Behavioral Assessment Profile for each individual in your group, with individual feedback customized to your team’s needs, and a team dynamics and communications assessment to make sure your team is firing on all cylinders. You will learn the strengths and weaknesses of each member of your team to take your business to the next level.
- Eighteen coaching sessions, including: nine group coaching sessions on the key strategies, psychology and execution tactics that make or break any business; and nine individual coaching sessions to ensure that each individual understands and applies the principles and practices learned in the group session.
- A copy of two of Anthony Robbins’ ground-breaking programs: Mastering Influence and Personal Power Programs for each individual in the group, to give them the self-paced instruction that will enable them to stay on track, build momentum and achieve their new goals.
- Optional Fast Start Day: a one-day integrated program, facilitated live, to get your team off to an immediate start, establish goals and team dynamics, and quickly build unstoppable momentum toward your ultimate outcomes.
