Hi all. I’m so happy that I took the first step in my life and attended the UPW event. Tony is a blessed man and has the ability to share his gift with all of us. His words, the format of the event, and the exercises were powerful! It was just what I needed to get my life on track and start living again, my life changed immediately. I learned how to ‘play full out’ again, started balancing my life, started developing stronger bonds with my family, friends, and my creator. I started eating healthier and lost eleven pounds in three weeks. At the time, most of the areas in my life were a 2 to 5 on a scale of 10 except my priorities, my career and raising my daughter. UPW and DWD allowed me to remember that I can have it all. My world has been a happier place to live in. I am grateful and I love to come back to the events and serve the participants. There are always a few participants and crew members at every event that impact my life dramatically. I have memories that I will cherish for years to come. I’m looking forward to more opportunities to connect crew and serve. 1-2-3, we all rock!

Being able to crew is such an amazing experience. I have been doing it for over five years now. I believe the most special part is being able to help others change their lives. We have all “firewalked” and know what that experience is like. To be able to help others “firewalk” over whatever is holding them back and come across to the other side transformed is magical.
Tony talks a lot about peer group. When you crew, you put yourself in a peer group that is playing life at a higher level. Not only do they understand the language, they are going to hold you accountable. I have met my dearest friends crewing and love seeing them again and again at each event. Crewing is all about serving, laughing, bonding, loving, learning and growing beyond you. Not only do you assist others in changing their lives, it will change your own.
