We directly support all of the marketing needs for peak performance, life and business strategist, Tony Robbins.

Summary of the role

The Marketing Campaign Manager unites the vision of a cross functional sales and marketing team to develop compelling and integrated marketing campaigns that position Tony Robbins’ live events, products and services in the marketplace.

They plan and execute brand marketing and advertising programs to raise awareness, generate leads and drive sales. They steer marketing efforts through strategic innovation using market research, consumer trends, and modeling successful campaigns throughout the marketplace.

The Marketing Campaign Manager works closely with sales leaders to ensure campaigns and programs are supporting sales goals and making time sensitive adjustments as needed to ensure success. They will identify campaign outcomes, unite sales and marketing goals, develop creative briefs identifying target audience, key messaging, and creative strategy through a productive marketing and media mix.

With strong attention to detail, they will coordinate and supervise the execution and productivity of the campaigns, working alongside the business intelligence analyst and sales leaders to understand effectiveness and propose tactical solutions when shifts need to be made.

Essential functions and responsibilities
  • Work with brand strategy team, sales team leads, cross-channel digital strategist and marketing director to provide campaign content direction for all marketing campaigns for Tony Robbins’ events, product sales and coaching services.
  • Development and approval of all elements in the marketing plan including email, direct mail, landing pages, value-add campaigns, digital, print and outdoor advertising, collateral, social media and other marketing communications.
  • Awareness of budgets in order to stay within anticipated criteria for each campaign.
  • Keeps an eye on marketing trends and identifies appropriate parallels to maintain brand relevance in the marketplace.
  • Work with sales team leads to define list/database strategy and manage correct list pulls, and ensure data integrity in order to report ROI on each marketing campaign.
  • Work with sales team leads to test new compelling promotional offers and sales tactics.
  • Experience with testing and optimizing campaign offers using A/B or split tests.
  • Recommends changes to existing campaigns and new innovative ideas to enhance sales and marketing results.
  • upport event marketing team and sales team leads in the development and approval of operational communication for events, products and coaching.
  • Create lead nurturing and content marketing strategies to maximize ROI of leads within the existing database
  • Operating knowledge of CRM and marketing automation technologies, preferably Salesforce and Marketo, and capability to setup marketing campaigns within the system.
  • Management of active campaigns in the CRM environment including start date, end date, naming/tagging and matching phone numbers and displays for the sales queue.

Qualifications and requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, with focus in Marketing or Business (or related field)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within marketing communications and events
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft-based software: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus
  • Event marketing experience is preferred (driving tickets sales and growing attendance)
  • Experience with digital marketing and media is a priority (i.e. email marketing, social media, online advertising, SEO, blogging, etc.
