The Tony Robbins Crew Program is the ultimate opportunity to take your leadership skills, passion, energy, creativity, insights and talents to the next level as you support participants attending our live events, while learning and growing yourself.

Crewing is Community
You will join an amazing community of people committed to their own personal growth and to supporting you in yours. This community goes beyond the events and into lifelong friendships.
Crewing is Commitment
You will arrive before participants, stay until after they leave the venue, and are expected to be there for all days of the event (including pre and post event). While the long hours are an opportunity to push through boundaries, we do encourage you to take care of your needs as well.
Crewing is Support
Throughout the event you will support and be supported by the Crew Leadership Team, Trainers, Senior Leaders, and your fellow Crew.
Crewing is Service
The Crew experience is designed for you help make the event a success by putting into practice what you learned at the event. Positions are available inside and outside the main room and are determined based on experience and need. Wherever you serve, you'll get back more than you expect.
Am I qualified?
In order to provide both you and event participants with an outstanding experience, Crew requests are reviewed with the following guidelines in mind. You must have:
- Attended, as a participant with a ticket in your name, the event that you are requesting to Crew. (The only exception is Business Mastery, where it may be possible to be eligible to Crew if you are an experienced Crew Member who has crewed many events and attended all three of these events, Leadership Academy and UPW and DWD.)
- Attended or crewed any event within the last 5 years
- Attended or Crewed the event you are requesting to Crew within the last 7 years (Business Mastery exception as above).
- A satisfaction guarantee of any event disqualifies you to crew that event.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement. You must be able to understand and speak English enough to understand instructions and speak to participants, crew and staff in English. At virtual events you must be able to read and write in English.
