I am a big believer that everyone has a hidden champion inside them. As someone who fought and won against cancer four times, I am convinced beyond all doubt that no matter what life throws at us, we can overcome any challenge. And most importantly, we can come out on top with the right mindset, communication skills, and a winning attitude.

During an NLP Leadership Training I was amazed by the tools and strategies that the trainers were sharing. One of the trainers was a huge fan of Tony Robbins and told me about the events he had attended. After the training, I was inspired to learn all of Tony’s skills and knowledge.

What sets me apart as a coach is my own journey that led me to change my career and fulfill my dream to move abroad and experience working with people from all over the globe.

I am a certified NLP Leadership Coach, ICF Certified Executive and Life Coach, Action Learning Team Coach, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). I also won the International Toastmasters Public Speaking Championship in Southeast Asia, receiving the gold award in the Asia Pacific for Best Wellness Coach.

I am from Stockholm, Sweden and currently live in Bangkok, Thailand. My husband and I have two amazing children, Julia and Noah. We expanded our family four years ago by adopting two street cats. We love our life and while we are far away from our relatives and friends back home, we have built a big, new family of friends here in Bangkok. I’m also an advanced scuba diver who enjoys travel, staying active, and nice dinners with friends.

Maximizing Your Results:

The relationship you have with your Tony Robbins Results Coach is a partnership. Your coach will come prepared and give 200% to ensure your success and accountability. To get everything you deserve, you too must do your part by following through on the commitments you make.

To make sure you’re prepared, here are a reminder of the basic guidelines in your contract:

  • Call your coach – To start each session, you are responsible to call your coach at the agreed upon start time
  • 30-minute sessions – be prompt to avoid missing valuable time
  • Come prepared – complete any action items you committed to between sessions
  • Speak openly & honestly – communications with your coach are fully confidential
  • 24-hour cancellation policy – No shows, rescheduling or cancelling with less than 24-hour notice is considered a completed session and will be counted towards your coaching plan
