As a Business Mastery Strategist, I work with clients to evaluate where their business currently is, where they want it to be and how they can close that gap. I help people understand that their business doesn’t need to be completely redone, but optimized and maximized by implementing small changes. I have over 10,000 hours of coaching experience, including 5 years as a Results Coach so I have a well-rounded coaching background to determine the best strategies for you and your business.

With over 20 years of experience as an Executive President and Vice President, I have extensive experience in sales, management, system creation and marketing strategies. I implemented Tony’s 7 Forces of Business Mastery in several of my own businesses and saw immediate changes — an experience I want to bring to my own clients.

I currently live in Sarasota, Florida with my beautiful wife and our wonderful daughter. My wife is an entrepreneur herself and runs a successful skin care and massage boutique. I’ve traveled to over 72 countries, seen all seven wonders of the world and look forward to seeing what else my life has in store for me.

The average client takes 5-7 pages worth of personalized notes. There is no way you will remember all of the distinctions you make without notes.

4. Make sure you take your DISC assessment.

The DISC assessment is a great way to get some clarity around what is personally keeping you blocked. You may also find it valuable to have other members of your team take the assessment so you can get some insights as to how they operate.
