As a Peak Performance Results Coach, my mission is to be a source of strength, courage and light. I touch, move and inspire any way I can to help others own their greatness so they can step into the light and share their gifts with the world. I step into my client’s world, determine where they are and help them map the way to where they want to go.

I’ve been a Results Coach for over 18 years and have held over 18,000 sessions. Always dedicated to continued growth and being the best I can at my craft, I have received various certifications and trainings over the years and hold the following titles: Board Certified Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach, Certified Veteran’s Development Coach. I love celebrating milestones with my clients and seeing how far they’ve come from our first session. Some of my most memorable achievements are a client who achieved a nearly 400 lb weight loss, helping a client though a songwriting phase which earned them a Grammy nomination and helping a client open their own business.

Born in Michigan, I now live in Colorado with  my wonderful husband, Todd, of 35 years and our 3 beautiful daughters. We are happy grandparents to 7 amazing grandchildren. When I am not working, I also enjoy volunteering, DIY projects and spending time entertaining for my friends and family.
