After spending five years in China as the Regional Manager of a manufacturing company, Vic returned home to start an import/export company. He also took a full-time job as a Real Estate Agent in prestigious East Hampton. Around this time, he discovered Tony Robbins, hired a coach and led a niche real estate team that became the top team in the office. Soon after, Vic started a remodeling and construction company but his passion for healthy eating led him to the organic produce business where he started one of the first farm to home distribution companies in the country.

He’s been through all the ups and downs you have been through as the operator of your business and hindsight is 20/20 – after Business Mastery he saw the light. Vic was recruited by Tony’s Business Director and became a full time Business Strategist for Tony Robbins, helping owners like you take their businesses to the next level!

Vic lives in Saint Augustine, FL with his wife, two boys and chocolate lab. In his spare time he’s at the beach with his family, surfing, developing new businesses or reading something about personal development!
