As a Tony Robbins Results Coach, I help clients take massive action toward their goals so they can achieve what they once thought was impossible. My mission is to empower people to truly immerse themselves in Tony’s teachings and so they can take back control of their lives. There is no better feeling than to see people grow and watch them give back to the world. I bring kindness, compassion, fun and joy to my clients. I believe nothing is impossible once you focus on what it is you want and why you want it!

I have a 30-year background in health and social care and have loved working with people since I was a young child. This led me to start a career in mental health, where I learned and implemented psychological techniques to help people to become mentally healthier. I originally discovered coaching through a management course, and it became an integral part of developing my leadership skills. It was also wonderfully empowering for clients and for myself as a nurse.

Netflix started my journey with Tony Robbins after I watched “I Am Not Your Guru.” I was so inspired by his work that I knew I had to attend one of his seminars, and this changed my life completely. Tony’s teachings and books helped me change my path and discover that coaching is my passion. After I attended Unleash the Power Within, I knew I wanted to work with Tony’s team.

I live in Exeter Devon, United Kingdom, and have one beautiful and loving daughter who I raised on my own. My incredible parents have been married for more than 50 years, and I have one younger sister who lives in Australia with her family. I also have a gorgeous cavapoo named Lacey.

I love to go for long walks in the beautiful countryside and coastal areas of Devon. I have a personal trainer to keep my health and fitness on track. My other hobbies include traveling to experience other cultures, listening to music, going to the theatre, going to the movies. I also love listening to audiobooks.

Maximizing Your Results:

The relationship you have with your Tony Robbins Results Coach is a partnership. Your coach will come prepared and give 200% to ensure your success and accountability. To get everything you deserve, you too must do your part by following through on the commitments you make.

To make sure you’re prepared, here are a reminder of the basic guidelines in your contract:

  • Your coach will call you – Be available, ready, and in state for your coaching call
  • 30-minute sessions – be prompt to avoid missing valuable time
  • Come prepared – complete any action items you committed to between sessions
  • Speak openly & honestly – communications with your coach are fully confidential
  • 24-hour cancellation policy – No shows, rescheduling or cancelling with less than 24-hour notice is considered a completed session and will be counted towards your coaching plan
