GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ULTIMATE BUSINESS MASTERY SOLUTION BUNDLE (the “Terms”)
ALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPRESSED IN U.S. DOLLARS
1. TUITION INFORMATION
You agree to pay Robbins Research International, Inc. (“RRI”), the tuition amount as you selected for the event and program selected. Tuition includes all included sessions and services of the Ultimate Business Mastery Solution and applicable course materials, including any services which may be provided by third parties.
2. CONTRACT TERM AND TRANSFER
From the date of your purchase you have twenty-four (24) months to complete your events and programs (“Contract Term”). If you do not complete them within that timeline, RRI will terminate your contract and you will forfeit all tuition paid to RRI.
3. PAYMENT AND ATTENDANCE
a. Full Payment/Conversion: If your Full Payment is received by RRI within 30 days from the date of your purchase, then any Paid in Full bonuses will be applied to your account. If anytime after 30 days, you have not made the full payment, then you will continue with the Momentum Plan you originally chose, as described in Paragraph 3(B) and 3(C), herein.
b. Momentum Plan-12 Months: By purchasing this Ultimate Business Mastery Solution Bundle, then a minimum deposit of $2,995 is due at time of enrollment. Each month thereafter for 12 months, your card will be charged $1,084 per month until your balance is paid in full.
c. In order to attend any virtual events or receive any of the services provided with the Ultimate Business Mastery Solution, you will have to be current on all your monthly payments. If you miss or skip any scheduled monthly payments, you will have to become current with your monthly payments before you can receive any further virtual events or services of the Ultimate Business Mastery Solution, including any services provided by third parties
4. BUSINESS RESULTS TRAINING
a. Business Results Training Plan (the “Business Results Plan”) for Full Payment or Momentum Plan-12 Months. For a period of 12 months, RRI will provide 18 trainings as follows: Twelve trainings shall be one-on-one telephone based trainings once per month for 12 months with you which shall last approximately 30 minutes each. You will receive six additional 60-minute trainings on a web-based platform, each training comprising a different subject matter for a total of six web-based trainings. You may have up to 50 of your business colleagues attend each of these six web-based platform trainings.
5. DEFAULT, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, AND DAMAGES FEE
a. Default: If you do not pay your tuition by the agreed-upon payment terms, then you will be considered in default of these Terms. You will forfeit your enrollment. RRI will have the right to terminate your purchase, and upon such termination, you will be subject to the Damages Fee set forth in item 5(C), below.
b. 72-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation by submitting to Robbins Research International, Inc., a signed and dated written notice postmarked prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of your purchase. Your notice must be mailed or delivered to Attn: ULTIMATE BUSINESS MASTERY SOLUTION BUNDLE Robbins Research International, Inc., 9051 Mira Mesa Boulevard, #261229, San Diego, CA 92196. Faxed notices are not acceptable. (Note: Refunds will take approximately 4-6 weeks to post to your account.)
c. Damages Fee: Because it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess actual damages suffered by us in the event you default or terminate your Agreement you agree to be charged $3,995. This is a nonrefundable, nonreturnable Damages Fee.
d. No-Show Fee: If you do not attend the virtual events for which you are registered without express written consent from RRI, you will forfeit your tuition for the virtual events you failed to attend.
6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE FOR ADVANCED BUSINESS MASTERY EVENTS ONLY
The Satisfaction Guarantee of The Ultimate Business Mastery Solution applies only to the Advanced Business Mastery virtual event. The Satisfaction Guarantee of the Advanced Business Mastery Terms shall apply except as follows: The tuition refunds for the Satisfaction Guarantee shall be based on the program allocations that RRI establishes for the Advanced Business Mastery session, as part of the overall Ultimate Business Mastery Solution bundle.
7. PAYMENT METHOD
You authorize RRI to accept payment as directed by you and authorizes RRI to charge your credit card on file, if any, for any and all amounts due pursuant to this Agreement.

8. INCORPORATION
Any and all other terms of the Advanced Business Mastery and Business Results Training agreements and terms that are not addressed herein, shall remain in full force and effect and all such terms are fully incorporated herein by this reference. If there are any conflicts between these Terms and the Terms of the Advanced Business Mastery (https://www.tonyrobbins.com/terms/advanced-business-mastery-at-event) and Business Results Training Agreements (https://www.tonyrobbins.com/terms/business-results-coaching), then these Terms shall control.
