UNLEASH HER POWER WITHIN THE PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) OF THE UNLEASH HER POWER WITHIN PROGRAM (“UHPW”)

1. Tuition Information
   You agree to pay Robbins Research International, Inc. (“RRI”), the tuition amount indicated for the subscription/program selected. Initial Tuition for the Unleash Her Power Within (“UHPW” or “UHPW Program”) The UHPW Program includes access to three virtual live trainings (starting in approximately September 2025) lead by Sage Robbins on dates and times as determined on a platform as determined by RRI (the “Training Platform”). The trainings may also include the designated UHPW Facilitator as well as applicable course materials. Additionally, the UHPW Program will further include access to private weekly Community Calls, on a platform as determined by RRI to interact with other UHPW members, access to the recorded Sage’s meditations on the Training Platform or another online platform as determined by RRI. Additionally, depending on which tuition option selected, you will also receive either (i) a live VIP level ticket to RRI’s October 2025 Unleash the Power Within (“UPW”) program, currently scheduled for October 9-12, 2025, in Anaheim, California; or (ii) a virtual Bronze level seating (or equivalent) virtual ticket to RRI’s October 2025 Unleash the Power Within (“UPW”) program, currently scheduled for October 9-12, 2025. NOTE: If you have selected the live UPW event to attend in Anaheim, California, travel, accommodations and all other expenses, including without limitation meals, are not included as part of your tuition and are your responsibility. If you are attending the October 2025 UPW program virtually, that ticket must be used for the October 2025 UPW event or any other virtual UPW event occurring prior to December 31, 2026, and cannot be sold, transferred to any UPW event (except as specifically provided herein), or any other RRI event, product or service.
   
2. Contract Terms.
   Contract Terms. Upon your initial payment, your enrollment will commence with the first live UHPW virtual training on the Training Platform in approximately September, 2025, (date to be determined) and will continue through the three sessions. At the conclusion of the last of the three virtual UHPW, your enrollment will terminate (subject to your enrollment in the UPW selected), and your access to the Training Platform and the private online Community Calls will terminate as provided in Section 5.C. herein, although you will still have access to any previous bonuses provided, if any.
3. Transfer
   1. Transfer of the UHPW Program: You may not transfer your UHPW Program subscription to another party (including not being able to transfer your UPW ticket) unless you receive written permission from an RRI authorized representative, which such transfer shall be in RRI’s sole discretion.
4. Payment
   1. Pay In Full Plan: Your full payment at the price for the UHPW Program option you have chosen is due at the time of enrollment. above. If RRI decided to include any bonus/bonuses for the UHPW Program (which bonus or bonuses will be at the sole discretion of RRI), such bonuses will be provided to you after the Satisfaction Guarantee period as provided in Paragraph 7 herein has expired. If RRI provided for a third party financing option, then those payments due to the third party will be solely your responsibility.
   2. Upgrade: At its sole discretion, RRI may offer an upgrade package to the UHPW Program for an additional cost to you. You will not be obligated to purchase any upgrade to continue with your program, but if such upgrade is offered by RRI, then it may contain bonus content or experiences not offered to the general program participants. If you purchase any upgrade offered to the UHPW Program, all upgrade sales are final and there is no Satisfaction Guarantee period as provided in Paragraph 7 herein, to any upgrades purchased.
5. Default, Cancellation, Termination, And Damages Fee
   1. Default: If you do not pay your tuition by the agreed-upon payment terms, then you will be considered in default of your program, and RRI will have the right, to terminate your UHPW Program, and upon such termination, you will no longer have access to the Training Platform, any content on the Training Platform, as well as access to the private online Community Calls, the recorded Sage’s meditations, or the October 2025 UPW program.
   2. 72-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation by submitting to Robbins Research International, Inc., an email to customerservice@tonyrobbins.com, or write to RRI at https://www.tonyrobbins.com/help/ prior to midnight of the third business day after the date you complete this transaction. Your notice must have in the subject line of the email or URL link: THE UHPW PROGRAM. Faxed notices are not acceptable. Note: Refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks to post to your account
   3. No-Show & Termination of private online UHPW Program: If you do not attend any of your three confirmed sessions on the Training Platform, a recording of the session will be available on the Training Platform, which you may view at your convenience at any time while you are still enrolled in the UHPW Program, and shall remain available thereafter for a period of time as solely determined by RRI. The Community Calls will not be accessible after any particular Community Call session, so no access will be available for any missed Community Calls. After your specific UHPW Program ends, you will no longer have access to the previous or future sessions on the Training Platform or recorded Sage meditations.
   4. Discount Verification: Discounts (if any) from any of the specific programs offered for the UHPW Program are subject to verification of eligibility of the discount by RRI. If after making this purchase, RRI determines that you do not meet the eligibility qualifications for the discount offered, your Subscription Plan will revert to the full price of the specific UHPW Program chosen as stated at the time of your purchase.
6. General Provisions
   1. Warranties: You acknowledge that you are not relying on any warranties, promises, guarantees or representations made by RRI or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of RRI unless they are in writing and made part of these Terms. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by these Terms. These Terms contain the entire understanding and agreement between you and RRI, and no addition or modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forth in writing and signed by you and RRI. No salesperson or any other agents of RRI has the authority to modify these Terms.
   2. Terms and Conditions: Your payment of the specific UHPW Program chosen and access to the Training Platform, denotes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms of the UHPW Program.
   3. Subject to Change: Dates, times, locations, and structure of any of the sessions offered through the Training Platform are subject to change, including without limitation the number of sessions and the format through which such sessions are offered.
   4. Private Trainings: RRI reserves the right to remove any participant from any virtual event environment for any reason it deems appropriate. In such cases, there will be no refund for any previously paid amounts. Tuition refunds for the program will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
   5. Assignment: This Agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without the express written approval of RRI.
   6. Translation: The sessions on the Training Platform and the content will be offered in English, and RRI shall not be offering any translation for these sessions. If in the future, RRI is able to offer translation services for this UHPW Program (including without limitation the October 2025 UPW), RRI reserves the right to charge an additional fee for such translation.
   7. Transaction Fees: You may be charged foreign or other transaction fees by your bank or a third party financing company in connection with this purchase, and you agree that you will be responsible for any such charges.
   8. Ownership: You understand that all materials, concepts, and information (collectively “Materials”) presented by RRI during this UHPW Program, either orally, in writing, or through the Training Platform, are the property of RRI and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws. You acknowledge that the Materials constitute commercially valuable, proprietary, confidential property of RRI, the design and development of which required the investment of substantial effort, time, and money.All rights in the UHPW Program and the Materials are expressly reserved by RRI. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, and not to distribute, lend, or otherwise transfer, the Materials without the prior written permission of RRI. You agree not to use the Materials in any way that would compromise the confidential and proprietary nature of the Materials.You further understand that the Materials presented by RRI in this UHPW Program are intended solely for use in the program. You understand that while you are free to use the Materials for your own personal use, and free to tell others about the benefits you realized from the UHPW Program, you agree not to resell, reproduce and sell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell the Materials. You agree that you will not use the Materials for any purpose other than your own personal use except with the prior written permission of RRI. You agree not to deliver the Materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, or anything derived from the Materials, either orally or in writing, as part of any seminar, training program, workshop, consulting, or similar business activity which you make available to your clients or to others, except with the prior written permission of RRI.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the UHPW Program for any reason within 7 days of the second UHPW online session in approximately September 2025, you may contact RRI’s Customer Loyalty team at https://www.tonyrobbins.com/help/ and we will refund your full purchase within 4-6 weeks based on the original method of payment (including the third party financing option), or at your option, we will apply your payment to another RRI product, service or event. At the time of such Satisfaction Guarantee, and you will lose access to the Training Platform as well as the private online Community Calls, and any additional UHPW content. Such Satisfaction Guarantee is only available within 7 days of the second live session of the UHPW Program, and is not available at any time thereafter. There is no separate or additional Satisfaction Guarantee refund available for the October 2025 UPW virtual event, which is included as part of the UHPW Program.
