A History of Knowledge

While I find it exceptionally readable, it must be remembered that “A History of Knowledge” has limitations and weaknesses (i.e., the prejudices and knowledge gaps of the author) that go with its strengths. For example, I find the author’s treatment of the Catholic Church to be negatively biased and ill informed at certain points.
