Event Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS MASTERY

                                 (the “Agreement”)

 1.TUITION INFORMATION

You agree to pay Robbins Research International, Inc. (“RRI”), the tuition amount agreed for the event selected. Tuition includes the session(s) and applicable course materials. Transportation, lodging and food costs are not included.

2. TRANSFER AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

Subject to the applicable transfer fees, you may transfer one time; provided however that such transfer shall only be valid for an additional 12 months from the start date of the Business Mastery event  from which you are transferring. You must do so by notifying us in writing. If you choose to transfer, you relinquish your priority standing in the program for which you were enrolled, and your transfer is subject to availability of the next event. If you transfer within 90 days of your scheduled program, because it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess the actual damages suffered by us

because of your transfer, then as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the following amounts apply, and in the cases other than forfeiture, will be added to any unpaid balance of your tuition for the Business Mastery event.

3. PAYMENT

  1. Full Payment in full is due at the time you sign up for this Business Mastery event.

4. DEFAULT, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, AND DAMAGES FEE

  1. Default: If you do not pay your tuition by the agreed-upon payment terms, then you will be considered in default of this Agreement. You will forfeit your enrollment. RRI will have the right, to terminate this contract, and upon such termination, you will be subject to the Damages Fee set forth in item 4(C),
  2. 72-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation by submitting to Robbins Research International, Inc., a signed and dated written notice postmarked prior to midnight of the third business day after the date you signed up for the Business Mastery event online. Your notice must be mailed or delivered to Attn: BUSINESS MASTERY Robbins Research International, Inc., 9051 Mira Mesa Boulevard, Box #261229, San Diego, CA Faxed notices are not acceptable. (Note: Refunds will take approximately 4-6 weeks to post to your account.)
  3. Damages Fee: Because it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess actual damages suffered by us in the event you default or terminate your Agreement you agree to be charged $1,995. This is a nonrefundable, nonreturnable Damages
  4. No-Show Fee: If you do not attend the BUSINESS MASTERY event without express written consent from RRI, you will forfeit your tuition for the
  5. Discount Verification: Any discounts offered for Business Mastery are subject to verification of eligibility of the discount by RRI. If after entering into the Agreement, RRI determines that you do not meet the eligibility qualifications for the discount offered, your payment amount owed will revert to the full price

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Warranties: You acknowledge that you are not relying upon any warranties, promises, guarantees or representations made by RRI or any one acting or claiming to act on behalf of RRI unless it is in writing and made a part of this Agreement. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by this This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and RRI. No sales person of RRI has authority to modify the terms of this Agreement.
  2. Terms & Conditions: Your approval and execution of the RRI Event Terms & Conditions will be required prior to You may request a copy from RRI upon completing this Agreement, although the Event Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Failure to sign the Event Terms & Conditions will be deemed a cancellation of this Agreement. You will not be admitted to the applicable session until all course registration and questionnaire forms are returned to RRI.

  4. Private Event: RRI reserves the right to send a participant home for any reason it deems appropriate. In such cases, there will be no refund for meals, transportation, or lodging. Tuition credits and refunds for the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case
  5. Translation Costs: Translation costs shall not be included in your tuition to BUSINESS Cost of translation, at an amount solely in the discretion of RRI, shall be at an additional cost and shall be added to your BUSINESS MASTERY tuition.
  6. Transaction Fees: You may be charged foreign or other transaction fees by your bank in connection with this purchase, and you agree that you will be responsible for any such

If after attending the first full day of Business Mastery you are not completely satisfied, just let us know. Turn in your manual, name badge and other materials to our Customer Service representatives, and we will send you a refund for the Business Mastery eventA refund under this Satisfaction Guarantee is only available if the event attended falls within the allowed transfer period described in Section 2 above. The refund is for the Business Mastery event tuition only.  There will be no reimbursement for any transportation/accommodation costs or for any other costs you may have incurred.

UPW REGISTRATION TERMS

By clicking “CHECK OUT,” Customer (or “you” or “your”) is agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions herein (the “Terms”).

2.         PAYMENT

Customer agrees to terms of payment. Customer tuition must be paid in full at time of  completion of this online transaction.

3.         TRANSFER, DEFAULT, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, AND DAMAGES FEE

Transfer and Complimentary Enrollments: If you are unable to attend the Unleash the Power Within (“UPW”) scheduled event for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Call the Robbins Research International, Inc. (“RRI”) Customer Service Department at least 30 days prior to the UPW Event to transfer your enrollment. A $75 fee will apply. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible. If you are unable to attend the originally scheduled UPW purchased event date and do not wish to substitute, contact your Personal Sales Representative. We will move your enrollment to a non-refundable UPW Voucher which must be used within one year from your original UPW event date. Some restrictions apply. A complimentary enrollment is valid only for the event date listed in the electronic confirmation and in non-refundable/ non-transferable. The Tony Robbins Coaching Bonus and the Behavioral Assessment is not available to complimentary event participants in any seating level.

Default: Customer’s account must be current pursuant to these Terms before the start of each UPW event. If Customer does not pay at the time of this online transaction is complete, then Customer will be considered to be in default of this Agreement, and Customer’s participation in any event/coaching sessions will not be available until the account becomes current. If the account remains in default for 30 days, this agreement will be canceled and RRI will reserve the right to collect Damages Fees as set forth in 3(5) below.

Cancellation: Customer may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation by submitting to RRI a signed and dated written notice postmarked prior to midnight of the third business day after the online purchase and prior to the commencement of the Notice must be emailed to <a href=”mailto:customerservice@tonyrobbins.com”>customerservice@tonyrobbins.com</a> or mailed or delivered along with any RRI product received with purchase to Attn: UPW Cancellation, Robbins Research International, Inc., 6160 Cornerstone Court East, Ste. 200, San Diego, CA 92121. Faxed notices will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued within 4-6 weeks based on original method of payment. After the third business day, Customer may cancel this transaction in the same manner as noted above and will be subject to a $195 Damages Fee, since it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess actual damages suffered by RRI in the event of Customer’s cancellation.

No-Show: No refund will be provided if Customer fails to both 1) attend the confirmed event within the time period allotted and 2) obtain advance written consent from RRI.

Damages Fee: Because it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess actual damages suffered by RRI in the event Customer defaults after having attended, participated or received any portion of this package, any Customer refund will be reduced by the following amounts (based on the unused portion of the purchased system where applicable): Unleash the Power Within $795.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Once the event commences, Customers seeking a refund will need to visit our RRI Customer Service booth during the Day 2 afternoon meal break at the event. REFUNDS ARE AUTHORIZED AT THIS TIME ONLY. To be eligible for a refund, Customer must have attended the UPW up until the Day 2 afternoon meal break and request your refund at the Customer Service Desk during the Day 2 afternoon meal break. At Customer’s option, we will apply Customer tuition to another event, or send Customer a full refund within 4-6 weeks based on the original method of payment. Simply turn in the workbook, name badge and other materials to an RRI Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Table. Complimentary and transferred enrollments are not eligible for refund or credit.

4.         GENERAL PROVISIONS

Warranties: Customer acknowledges that Customer is not relying upon any warranties, promises, guarantees or representations made by RRI or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of RRI unless it is in writing signed by a designated and authorized RRI representative. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by these Terms. These Terms contains the entire understanding and agreement between Customer and RRI, and no addition or modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forth in writing and signed by Customer and No RRI representative has authority to modify these Terms.

Terms and Conditions: Customer’s approval and execution of this Agreement, including all the Terms herein, will be required prior to the commencement of any This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Dates, times, locations, and structure of the UPW event are subject to change.

RRI reserves the right to terminate this enrollment for any reason it deems appropriate. Tuition credits and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Assignment: This agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without express written approval of RRI.
