We are so excited to see you this November 11-14 for Tony’s first LIVE IN PERSON Unleash the Power Within in almost 2 years!

We’re living in unique times. If you’re reading this, you’ve already made the commitment to attend this life-changing event, and give yourself and those you love the gift of your transformation.

Depending upon where you are in the country there are different guidelines in place. We will be following the local Palm Beach County, Florida rules and regulations at the time of the event. As you know, guidelines can change daily, therefore we will keep you informed along the way with any upcoming shifts. Review our 3 Health & Safety Steps

We will be taking 3 major steps in partnership with the Palm Beach Convention Center to ensure a safe, healthy, and massively transformational seminar environment. Please note that all event staff will also be following all guidelines.


Step 1: Upgraded Cutting-edge Air Filtration System in the Event Space

We have invested in and are installing cutting-edge FDA cleared air purifying technology called, ActivePure ® by Aerus. ActivePure is the technology proven to reduce pathogens in the air and on surfaces in real-time.

ActivePure technology eliminates over 99.9% of airborne SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) after just 3 minutes of use, as demonstrated by third-party testing.

The basis of ActivePure® Technology was created by NASA in the 1990s for the Space Station. For advancements, ActivePure® has been declared Certified Space Technology and they are one of only 75 technologies that have been inducted into the Space Technology Hall of Fame in the past 30 years.

Step 2: CLEAR Health Pass

As part of the registration requirements, we have partnered with CLEAR Health Pass to provide easy and fast access to the event. This is the same system that major concerts and sporting events are now using around the country.

ALL U.S.-BASED PARTICIPANTS MUST USE THE CLEAR HEALTH PASS APP TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE EVENT.

Before joining us at registration, please upload one of these documents (not both) to the CLEAR app prior to entry into the event:

  • A negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of registration. This must be a PCR or Antigen test administered by a healthcare professional. Over the counter options will not be accepted. Local testing sites can be found here. See the FAQs below for additional details.
  • Proof of vaccination.

Please note, we do not require a vaccine.

Step 3: Mask Policy

Palm Beach Florida County authorities have made it clear that the rules are subject to change depending upon what is happening in the county at that time.

At this time, Palm Beach County is requiring that masks be worn at all indoor venues, which includes Unleash the Power Within.

If masks are still required at the time of the event, to make your experience as convenient as possible, we will be providing ClearMask brand masks with your registration materials – this is an approved, new, transparent (so that you can see facial expressions and interact), easy-to-breathe mask that we are providing to you free of charge.

Where can I get a COVID-19 test near the event site?

There are nearly 200 testing sites within Palm Beach County. Please see this list for full addresses and contact info.

If the state of Florida is not requiring vaccinations, why is RRI making it one of the requirements to get into the event? 

RRI does not under any circumstance require vaccinations. We simply require that you present a negative COVID test within 72 hours of your event OR that you provide proof of vaccination. We are taking these steps to ensure everyone’s safety and confidence in attending this event. 

If the state of Florida is not requiring masks, why is RRI making it one of the requirements to attend the event? 

The mask requirement is a local county mandate. As the venue is a county building, this is not our choice. We have no choice but to follow the rules of the county where the venue operates. We also understand that the mask mandate is being reviewed by the county on a weekly basis, so although the mask mandate is currently in place, that may change by the time the event starts. If there is no mandate, we will NOT be requiring masks, but as long as there is a mandate, we will be following the rules of the venue who is hosting our event. 

If the county mask mandate changes, will masks be required at the event?  

No – if Palm Beach County lifts the mask mandate, masks will not be required at the event.  

Are there any covid tests that would not be considered acceptable? For example: would over the counter test be allowed? 

An over-the-counter antigen or PCR test will not be an acceptable proof of negative COVID status for entry into the event. You must receive an official test, administered by a testing professional, that verifies details like your full name and the date of the test. When you complete this test within 3 days of your event, upload your results to the CLEAR Health App to gain entry. 

I have had COVID but not the vaccine. What should I do?  

All participants need to either have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of your event OR the vaccine. If you have had COVID in the past, you should be able to complete a negative test and enter the event using that test result through the CLEAR App.  

What process will clients go through at registration to show proof of negative test or vaccination? 

During registration, there will be 2 lines:

  1. A line for those with proof of negative test or vaccination through the CLEAR Health App.
  2. A line for international clients unable to use the CLEAR app to have their negative COVID test or vaccination status manually checked by a Health & Safety Consultant.

ALL U.S.-BASED PARTICIPANTS MUST USE THE CLEAR APP TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE EVENT. We highly encourage you to download the CLEAR Health App and upload your information before arriving on site at the event to ensure a quick and efficient registration process.  

Once you have gone through one of these lines, you will receive a wristband indicating your approved entry status for the remainder of the event days. 

If masks are required, will the clients be allowed to wear transparent masks? If so, will they be provided? 

Yes, you will be able to wear a transparent mask. Tony has been testing out many different masks to find one that will be the least intrusive to your breathing, the most comfortable and that will allow you to see participant’s faces and expressions. 

I’m concerned about wearing the mask at the event for 10-13 hour days…

What happens if I test positive for COVID-19?  

If you receive a positive test result within 72 hours of your event, you will not be admitted to the event. In this case, you are eligible to use your Unleash the Power Within ticket at a future date.  

If I test positive for COVID, but I can provide an antigen or antibody test that shows I have COVID antibodies, will that allow me to get into the event? 

No. In order to attend the event, you must either have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of your event OR the vaccine. 

How is my health data protected on the CLEAR Health Pass app?  

CLEAR Health Pass does not store any of your personal health information, nor does Robbins Research International. You can read more details about this in CLEAR’s Privacy Policy

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEE FAQs 

Will I be able to use the CLEAR Health Pass?  

Since CLEAR is a United States-based service, you will NOT be able to use the CLEAR Health Pass to gain entry to your event. Instead, please bring your negative Covid-19 test (within 72 hrs of registration) or proof of vaccination and a photo ID to gain entry to the event. 

Which vaccines are accepted to gain entry to the event?  

If you have received a full dose of any vaccine approved by your home country, even if it is not one of the vaccines approved in the United States, you can use this proof of vaccination to gain entry to your event. 

If I get a negative COVID test before my flight, do I still need to get another negative test prior to entering the event?  

If it has been more than 72 hours since your negative COVID test, you must take a new test and receive a new negative result to enter the event.

HOW TO USE THE CLEAR HEALTH PASS APP 

As part of the registration requirements, we will be utilizing CLEAR Health Pass to provide easy and fast access to the event. Before joining us, you have the option of providing either a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of your event, or proof of vaccination if you happen to be vaccinated.  

We do not mandate a vaccine under any circumstances and believe firmly it is an individual’s choice.   

For the most efficient entry possible, please sign up for CLEAR, upload your negative test results and complete the health screening before arriving onsite in Florida.  

Please see 4 simple steps below to use the Clear Health Pass.   

  1. To get started, download the CLEAR app and enroll for free here: https://clear.app.link/RRI_UPW_Palm_Beach_Attendee and tap the white Health Pass tile
  2. Select ‘Have a code’ and enter the code: UPWPalmBeach
  3. Easily enroll or verify your identity with a quick selfie 
  4. Simply follow the prompts to verify your negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination if you happen to be vaccinated. You will see 2 options: 
    1. Option 1: “I Have a Negative COVID Test”
      • Select your testing provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR.  
      • The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. If you are unable to find your provider or unable to link a test, please be prepared to bring a physical copy of your test results and your ID
      • An amber Health Pass is good to go
    2. Option 2: “I Have A Vaccine Record”
      When you select this option, you will be able to provide proof of vaccination in 1 of 3 ways: 
      1. UPLOAD A PHOTO 
        • When prompted to add your vaccination, select ‘add your vaccination card’ to upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card  
        • Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information 
        • Please note, the photo of your CDC card is used to generate a green Health Pass. You will not be able to access it again after it is taken.  
        • A green Health Pass is good to go!  
      2. DIGITALLY LINK
        • Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies.  
        • If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time.  
        • Check that your COVID-19 vaccine appears in your patient portal, if not we recommend you reach out to your provider directly. 
        • If found, your results will link automatically and it may take up to 1 hour to verify your results within Health Pass – do not try to resync your results  
        • A green Health Pass is good to go! 
      3. SMART QR CODE
        • Tap ‘SMART QR Code’ and follow the prompts to upload your QR code. Once confirmed proceed to complete your health survey 
        • A green Health Pass is good to go!
