RRI 2016 Tony Robbins Viewing Party Documentary Sweepstakes—Part Two (the “Sweepstakes”) Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or to win.
Eligibility: This sweepstakes is only open to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States or Washington, DC who are 18 years and older as of the first day of the Promotion Period as defined herein. Employees, owners, officers and directors of Robbins Research International, Inc., (“RRI”), Radical.Media, LLC, Leroy & Morton Productions, LLC, Third Eye Motion Picture Company, Inc., and their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or sister companies, suppliers, distributors, promoters, vendors, independent contractors, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: Between Monday, July 25, 2016, and Friday, August 15, 2016, host a Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru viewing party and upload a Tony Robbins documentary viewing party picture, to your Facebook or Instagram account with the hashtag #iamnotyourguru and you will receive one automatic entry for a chance to win any of the prizes available. Entries are limited to one entry per Facebook or Instagram account. Entries must be received beginning on July 25, 2016, at 4:00 pm Pacific Time, and no later than August 15, 2016, by 11:59:59 pm Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”) to be eligible for each of the Prize drawings.
Entries must include all the required information for the Sweepstakes entry to be valid. Entries will be rejected if not fulfilling these requirements and submitted during the Promotion Period. RRI shall have the right to disqualify any entries that they deem to be obscene or otherwise not in good taste, as determined by RRI in its sole discretion. Each entry must not infringe or violate any law or the legal or equitable right of any person or entity, nor contain material that infringes or violates any personal property rights of others or that constitutes defamation, invasion of privacy, an infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third person, or is otherwise unlawful. Odds of winning any of the available prizes depends on the number of eligible entries received. All entries, including any and all photos submitted for the Sweepstakes shall become the exclusive property of RRI, and upon entry, each entrant releases his or her right to any intellectual property, copyright, trademark or any other right to the entry, and shall obtain releases for RRI for any third parties depicted in the submitted photos, or shall otherwise indemnify RRI for the use of any such third parties.
RRI is not responsible for any late, lost, undelivered, undeliverable, computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions of service or any technical or mechanical malfunctions, or any other malfunctions, whether caused by computer, servers, applications, telephone, cable or satellites, human error, programming, equipment or otherwise related to the attempted entry into the Sweepstakes.
Prizes available:
Two winners of a trip to Namale Resort in Fiji: Two winners each will receive a 5-night trip for two to Namale Resort & Spa in Fiji (“Namale Resort”). Prize includes all-inclusive accommodations in a Namale Resort Garden Tropical Bure for two (including all meals, beverages {alcoholic and non-alcoholic} and many activities) (the “Namale Resort Prize”). It shall be each of the Namale Resort Prize winners’ responsibility to book transportation to and from the Namale Resort. Each of the Namale Resort Prize winners must complete the Namale Resort Prize Trip no later than December 31, 2017 (the “Redemption Deadline”), and any requested dates for Namale Resort by each of the Namale Resort Prize winners are subject to availability. Failure of each of the winners to complete the Namale Resort Prize by the Redemption Deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize and no further obligation by Sponsor to the Namale Resort Prize winner. Each of the Namale Resort Prize winners also will be responsible for any charges not normally included with a reservation at Namale Resort, including, without limitation, charges for any Namale Resort spa treatments or dive shop charges while at Namale Resort. The Namale Resort Prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. The approximate Retail Value of each of the Namale Resort Prizes is $4,975.
Date with Destiny Destiny Lounge Tickets: One winner will receive two tickets for the winner and a guest to the RRI Date with Destiny event held in Boca Raton, FL on December 8-13, 2016 (the “2016 DwD Event”), for the “Destiny Lounge” (or its equivalent) seating area only (the “Destiny Lounge Prize”). Failure of the winner to attend the 2016 DwD Event will result in forfeiture of the prize and no further obligation by RRI to the prize winner, except as otherwise contained herein. The Destiny Lounge Prize winner and their guest must sign any and all forms as normally required by RRI to attend the 2016 DwD Event, and must cooperate with RRI in providing information needed by RRI to enable RRI to register the winner and their guest into the 2016 DwD Event. The Destiny Lounge Prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. Prize is for admission to the 2016 DwD Event only, and the winner and their guest shall be responsible for any and all other costs to attend the 2016 DwD Event, including without limitation, cost for airfare, hotel accommodations or meals. RRI shall have the sole right to cancel or change the date for the 2016 DwD Event. If such cancellation or rescheduling occurs after each of the winners has registered for the 2016 DwD Event, each of the winners may be given an alternative prize of comparable value, at RRI’s sole discretion. The approximate Retail Value of the Destiny Lounge Prize is $8,990.
10 Winners of Unleash the Power Within Tickets: Ten winners will be chosen to receive two General Admission level tickets to any RRI Unleash the Power Within event (“UPW”) of their choice that is scheduled to be held in the United States before December 31, 2017 (The “UPW Prize”). Failure of any of the UPW Prize winners to attend a UPW event prior to December 31, 2017, will result in forfeiture of the prize and no further obligation by RRI to the UPW Prize winner. Each Winner and guest must sign any and all forms as required by RRI to redeem the UPW Prize, and must cooperate with RRI in providing information needed by RRI to enable RRI to register the winner and guest into the selected UPW event. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prize. Each UPW Prize is for two General Admission level tickets into the selected UPW event only. Each UPW Prize winner shall be responsible for any and all other costs to attend the selected UPW event, including without limitation, meals, local travel, airfare to the selected UPW event, baggage fees, hotel accommodations or other incidental airline fees. RRI shall have the sole right to cancel or change the date for any scheduled UPW event. If such cancellation or rescheduling occurs after winner has registered for the selected UPW event, winner shall be given an opportunity to enroll in another UPW event (to be held in the continental United States) or an alternative prize of comparable value, at RRI’s sole discretion. The approximate Retail Value of each of the UPW Prizes is $2,190.
Five iPad Mini Winners loaded with Tony Robbins content: Five prize winners each will receive one iPad Mini 64GB that includes RRI digital product content from RRI’s library of multi-media products (the “iPad Mini Prize”). The exact content uploaded on the iPad Mini Prize is at the sole discretion of RRI. Each iPad Mini Prize winner must sign any and all forms as required by RRI to redeem the iPad Mini Prize, and must cooperate with RRI in providing information needed by RRI to enable RRI to send the physical prize to each of the iPad Mini Prize winners. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prize. The iPad Mini Prize is subject to availability and RRI reserves the right to award alternative prizes of comparable value, at RRI’s sole discretion. The approximate Retail Value of each of the iPad Mini Prizes is $3,498.
Selection of Winners: Each of the above Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing on or about August 17, 2016, by RRI, whose decision on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final. Random drawings will be chosen from all eligible Facebook entries and all eligible Instagram entries until potential winners of each of the available prizes is selected. The potential prize winners will be notified via their social media account used for their entry, and will have 7 days to respond to the instructions contained in the winning notification or will be subject to forfeiture of the potential prize. To claim any of the potential prizes, the potential winners must complete, sign, and return any forms required by RRI, which will include, verification of eligibility and release of rights and publicity release. All taxes, expense, and costs relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize claimed are the sole responsibility of the winner, and each of the winners are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred because of the prize.
Other Terms: The entrants, potential winners and winners release and hold harmless RRI, their employees, owners, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or sister companies, suppliers, distributors, promoters, vendors and independent contractors, from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, damage of any kind arising from or related to this Sweepstakes or any prize won. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these official rules. In the event RRI is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes or from awarding any prizes after the random drawing, and/or the feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, act of God, war or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, or any other cause not reasonably within RRI’s control, then RRI shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, cancel or otherwise terminate the Sweepstakes or any of the prizes without further obligation. In such event of any such occurrence as immediately described above, RRI shall have the right, but not the obligation, to award prizes from eligible entries received until such event or occurrence, or to award other comparable prizes to the winners, if the winner already has been selected. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website affiliated with this Sweepstakes, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and if such attempt should be made, RRI and/or Ignite reserve the right to seek damages or any other remedy available to it by law to the fullest extent permitted by law.
